The gallery has also organized public programming connected to the exhibition. An opening celebration is scheduled for October 16, featuring a runway presentation by Canadian fashion label Greta Constantine and a performance by Echo Collective. Additional discussions and educational activities are planned throughout the exhibition period. These events are intended to provide opportunities for visitors to explore the subjects presented in the galleries and hear perspectives from people working in fashion, art and cultural research.

Sunday Best is scheduled to remain on view in Toronto until February 28, 2027, before travelling to the Philadelphia Art Museum. Its Canadian presentation contributes to a broader conversation about how museums collect, interpret and exhibit fashion as part of cultural history. By bringing together objects from different periods and communities, the exhibition offers visitors an opportunity to examine the relationship between clothing, artistic innovation and the changing ways people represent themselves.
